Service Description

Everyone’s birth story is different, some are happy & exciting - filled with joy that it went the way they wanted. others are filled with sadness & even trauma. Processing your birth is important for many reason: •help you bond with baby •discourage ppd/ppa •gain perspective on the amazing feat you & your body endured *if you are a loss momma desiring to process the birth of your baby, please contact me directly By offering a safe space to share your birth story, we can walk through the good & bad together. These conversations can be had during the first year after giving birth (or later if you’ve never had the opportunity to process/share your story)! 1-2 hour long conversations are available in-person or via Zoom.
