Childbirth Education Class
Preparing for a baby can be overwhelming with all the information and potential lack of individualized care. as a certified doula who has walked with nearly 50 families in their birthing experience, Laura is offering one-on-one, personalized childbirth education classes to families in the Jackson metro area.
Laura has also partnered with Family Social Club in Clinton, MS, to offer group classes for families who are wanting a community aspect to their birth education. There are currently two options to choose from: October 14th and 21st at 5:30pm-8:30pm OR November 8th and 15th at 9am-12pm
The class will offer information on:
the science of labor
what to expect in the hospital (or home if you are planning a home birth)
preparing well for postpartum
partner support
comfort measures
in addition to the class, you will receive handouts/resources and virtual support as needed for continued individualized support..
